Q. I know I am entering the correct login/activation information but the system says it doesn't recognize me, why?

Q. What is a “Scheduler”?
A. A “Scheduler” is someone who is authorized to set up CourtCall appearances on behalf of an attorney. This might be a paralegal, legal assistant, office manager or secretary to the attorney.
Q. Which "Type" I should choose when registering?
A. Please refer to the list of types in the Online Registration page. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will help get you set up.
Q. I am a legal assistant who schedules for multiple attorneys in our office – how do I log in so that I can see all of them together?
A. Each attorney has his/her own profile with a set of credentials. At this time, schedulers are required to log in separately to the profile for the attorney appearing.
Q. I am not sure if I have ever registered before, how can I find out?
A. If you are not sure if you or your attorney is already registered, click the ‘Forgot?' button in the Login form and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can call our office and we can check for you.
Q. The assistant who was previously scheduling online for my attorney is no longer with the firm, how do I get the credentials so that I can take over the online account?
A. When a scheduler is no longer assigned to the attorney, we will re-register the account. Just call us at (888) 882-6878 to let us know.
Q. I would like to manage the firm profile in addition to the attorney's profile, can I do that?
A. Yes, if you register as a "Firm Administrator" we can link the firm's profile to your profile. Please note that we may contact you for verification before completing this type of registration.
Q. I am appearing by phone and my attorney will be in court. As such, I am not “Self-Represented”. How do I register?
A. If you are scheduling your own appearance, you will still use the “Self-Represented” registrant type. This will enable you to schedule and manage your own CourtCall appearances online.
Q. I have registered and can see my profile, am I done?
A. Yes. You can now go to the “My Appearances” section to schedule, cancel and continue your existing CourtCall appearances, get payment information and more. Please note that scheduling a CourtCall appearance is not the same as registering for an online account.
Q. My activation code doesn't work, what should I do?
A. Please make sure you are using the email address you used to register and the last activation code you received. If that does not work, please call us at
